Ok sebelum tu...nak hishh kejap. I sent two beautiful skirts to be altered, potong kaki sikit. Dia pegi potong pendek pulakk hishhh. Saje tk bagi aku pakai skirt ke opis kot. Well...boleh la lagi pakai sbb dia jadi atas buku lali tu..but i thot akwardly short for office wear sheeshhh.

Secondly....erm..how do i say..some pending work-related issue finally solved today yeayyy

Got response from a journal says my paper is publishable tp kena buat editing..okkk la tu kann..

Got feedback from a top conference in the country saying that my paper is accepted...yippie yeayy
.
The last and most importantly is......someone leaked information to me just now saying that.....the top management is recommending my name utk pekerja cemerlang for last year yeayyyness!! although belum tau dapat ke idak in the finale lagi tp the fact that kena calon tu is good already laaa kan! macam kejer kita yg berbakul2 tu been recognized and significant laa kannnn yippieee mintak2 dapat laaa kan....

Goal #2 of 2014
So after endless and deep thinking I finally came up with my 2nd goal for this year hahaha.

Spend less, save more! whoahhh
.
hehehehe well...i know i knowww... even my organization has already started implementing those perbelanjaan berhemah thingy years ago...hehehe
.
to be honest, last time i was not really an avid fan of shopping...but dunno when i pick up this habit back! i think since last year perhaps the year before that..when i realized i keep on buying things for my baby and house and others but not for my own good self. So there..hehe
.
Here are some guidelines I saw in the internet...admittedly i have been religiously saving to be honest but i think since i picked up my shopaholic habit..i've been ermm..ignoring the fixed amount that should be deposited at some accounts hehehe..so will start all over again with that good habit of mine! phewww

7 Prinsip Penting Menyimpan Wang
Berdasarkan pemerhatian saya, ada
beberapa prinsip penting yang diamalkan orang kaya-kaya dalam menyimpan
kekayaan. Saya sendiri pun amalkan prinsip ni dan memang berkesan,
alhamdulillah. Antaranya;
#1 – Potong at least 10% daripada income bulanan
untuk dijadikan simpanan untuk dilupakan. Simpan dan lupa. Jangan
diingat-ingat lagi… Sampai satu masa, duit tu boleh dimanfaatkan untuk
gandakan kekayaan melalui bisnes atau pelaburan.
#2 – Simpanan di tempat yang agak ‘susah’ dikeluarkan macam
Tabung Haji (tiada kad ATM) dan simpanan emas. Kalau simpan dalam
Tabung Haji, jangan sekali-kali ambil kemudahan pengeluaran melalui ATM
Bank Islam atau Bank Rakyat. Kalau mudah dikeluarkan, duit simpanan tu
tak akan bertahan lama. Dan lagi baik kalau serahkan buku bank tu kepada
mana-mana ahli waris yang amanah. Bila benar-benar terdesak jer baru
mintak buku tu.
#3 – Mulakan simpanan sekarang walaupun sedikit. Tak kira berapa banyak pun jumlah yang kita mampu simpan setiap bulan, yang paling penting ialah memupuk TABIAT menyimpan. Dulu saya mula menyimpan cuma RM20 sebulan potong gaji masuk Tabung Haji. Pesan Azizi Ali, selagi anda tak menyimpan wang, selagi itulah anda tidak akan menjadi kaya!
#4 – Asingkan cepat-cepat bahagian simpanan sebaik sahaja dapat gaji atau terima hasil bisnes.
Jangan tangguh-tangguh. Paling baik, buat potongan gaji supaya duit tu
dapat ‘diselamatkan’ sebelum sampai ke tangan kita lagi. Selebihnya baru
guna untuk belanja. Duit yang tak diasingkan sangat berisiko untuk
dibelanjakan.
#5 – Letakkan matlamat simpanan at least 3 bulan pendapatan
sebagai dana kecemasan. Lagi baik 6 bulan pendapatan. Dana kecemasan tu
penting sebagai ‘buffer’ kalau hilang pekerjaan. Kalau anda plan nak
berhenti kerja dan buat bisnes sendiri, mesti simpan at least setahun
pendapatan sebagai backup. Kalau nak bebas kewangan, sasarkan simpanan
at least RM1.2 juta! Nilai tu mampu menjana pendapatan tahunan yang
cukup untuk tak perlu bekerja sepanjang hayat, insyaAllah.
#6 – Laburkan semula bila dapat keuntungan daripada simpanan.
Kalau dapat dividen, reinvest dividen tu supaya duit tu akan berganda.
Kalau belanjakan setiap kali dapat dividen, nilai pokok tu sebenarnya
susut setiap tahun dimakan inflasi. Nilai RM100,000 hari ni tak sama
kuasa belinya pada 10 tahun akan datang.
#7 – Jangan jadikan takaful / insuran sebagai tempat untuk menyimpan wang, tapi
ambil takaful betul-betul untuk dilindungi dengan pampasan atas musibah
seperti kematian, hilang upaya, kos rawatan hospital, dan penyakit
kritikal. Kalau simpan duit dalam takaful, anda rugi ‘wakalah fee’ yang
bukan sedikit. Takaful bertujuan untuk perlindungan kewangan jika berlaku sebarang musibah. Ia bukan untuk simpanan.
Simpanan dan perlindungan takaful adalah dua instrumen berbeza. Kita
perlu adakan simpanan atas banyak tujuan yang tak boleh dilindungi oleh
takaful contohnya; simpanan dana kecemasan (e.g. kereta rosak,
kehilangan harta, hilang pekerjaan dsb), simpanan untuk memulakan
bisnes, simpanan untuk pelaburan dsb.

Goal and strategy of the new year 2014
Erm...see...i dont even know how to acknowledge or start the new year hehehe
.
But i think i already have one goal..to slim down in weight that i have gained off late. But still no solution (strategy) on how to achieve it. Few options came up in the mind..
i. sign up to fitness centre and go to the gym like twice a week after work ~ but normally I'll be rushing home to care for my baby..
ii. go swimming once a week during weekend~ but can i do that for I'm sure my baby would want to jump in the pool too
iii. take shaklee weight loss programme supplement ~ but hrm..to be honest i never trust on pills to help up reduce weight
iv. just cut food~ dunno if i can trust my self! hahaha
.
and i still cant decide on the strategy hehehe...so in the meanwhile..lead life as it is..huhuhu..
