Erm...see...i dont even know how to acknowledge or start the new year hehehe

But i think i already have one goal..to slim down in weight that i have gained off late. But still no solution (strategy) on how to achieve it. Few options came up in the mind..
i. sign up to fitness centre and go to the gym like twice a week after work ~ but normally I'll be rushing home to care for my baby..
ii. go swimming once a week during weekend~ but can i do that for I'm sure my baby would want to jump in the pool too
iii. take shaklee weight loss programme supplement ~ but hrm..to be honest i never trust on pills to help up reduce weight
iv. just cut food~ dunno if i can trust my self! hahaha
.
and i still cant decide on the strategy hehehe...so in the meanwhile..lead life as it is..huhuhu..

come take shaklee weight loss program but that is the the booster, you hv to exercise and cut food too
