Crystal clear

So it was pilates yesterday. In contrary to aerobics, yesterday was the very first in my life trying that exercise. Fully ready for a relaxed, laid back kinda move...only to discovered that i sweat like hell already in the first 15 minutes of the exercise! hek hek...tak penat, tak pancit tp susah giler nak buat all those stretching and flexing tuh haha..it's more on flexing body muscles and kinda focusing on breathing exercise too. Lepas abis jer..rasa ngantuk sangat tp sempat agik tu g kmart nak mencari dvd transformer yg baru tuh. Memang dah tengok kat wayang haritu tp sajer nak simpan buat collection sbb memang suker citer dia. Aku punyer la lama cari dah dvd nih rupanya baru nak keluo di pasaran (read: pasaran aussie) semalam. Tu yg terus gi cari tu sbb tak sabaq dah nak nengoknyer. Malam tadi mmg tido dengan begitu lena sekali tak sedar apa, tak terjaga langsung tengah malam like always. huh...aku rasa pilates ni elok la eks utk relax kan badan, relax kan mind and bagi tido yg berkualiti. Nanti next week aku try lagi skali and tengok after effect dia sama ker dak.
