Round 2

hrmm...a day before yesterday masa nak balik dari school tu dapat phone call from agent umah ni, katanya landlord nak juai umah ni as she's moving out from sydney...haihhshh...mula dah la tu...last time, the new buyer of the house we stayed wanted to stay there so we had to move out. anywayy, katanya nak cari investor so like our stay wont be affected by it. hrmm....entahlah eks...

so serabut nyer serabut...nak kena mikir start all over cari umah, packing unpack and all....last2 aku come out with an idea.....ginilah, andaikata kena move out and cari umah baru..masa nak packing barang2 ni, might as well pack betui2 terus and ship balik mesia. pi mari pon 1st quarter of next year dah nak kena buat menda ni gaks..tak lama dah tu. and also if possible, cari umah fully furnished ker, biar lah studio pon coz tak lama dah..hence, furniture umah ni boleh juai or bagi2 kat juniors dah. so by the time nak balik for good sok, half of our misery should have be taken care already. hah abes citer.

newayy, tengok status aku kat umah ni gaks nanti...kot2 tenancy leh sambung..tapi ni ada possibility increase rent ni. kalau increase sikit takper la, coz i've stayed at one that's higher than this one before. tapi kalau mahal naiknyer, cannot la..we'll see. aku pon smlm terus recce2 dah ngan kengkawan kat mesia tanya kalau ship barang perlu kita jugak ker be there to collect. she said not necessary, cari runner pon boleh..terus deliver at front door. bagusss..cuma mungkin charge mahai sket situ..and also not sure of the potential for the barang to be hijacked. but at least i have options there. so i'll just keep it in kiv.
